06/28/2023: Perimeter fence repairs, pressure cleaning and painting is complete.
05/12/2023: Zamora Landscaping has completed the trimming of trees in the swale area.
02/07/2023: Homeowners with perimeter fences need to inspect their fences on the outside (perimeter side) and ensure they do not have exposed nails or have warped, cracked, split or missing fence panels. All fences need to be repaired and ready for painting by June 1, 2023.
10/25/2022: PERIMETER FENCE PAINTING – The Board discussed repairing the perimeter fence next year (summer of 2023). All homeowners that have a perimeter fence would need to repair any broken boards and posts, at their cost, before we can commence with that project. The association is only responsible for maintaining a uniform color on the fence.
10/25/2022: TREE TRIMMING – The Board voted to thin and trim all oak and olive trees planted on the swale in the Spring of next year. The tops will also be trimmed to control height. This will help minimize damage caused to both the tree and surrounding homes in the event of tropical storms and hurricanes.
10/25/2022: BYLAWS REVISIONS – Due to homeowner requests, next year the Board will be discussing with the law firm of Sigfried Rivera our options and estimated cost to edit the bylaws concerning 2 main items: 1. require background checks and Board approval on all future homeowners and rental tenants; 2. establish long term rentals only (minimum of 1 year leases).
