The board of directors approved the amount of $225.00 for the 2025 HOA Annual Dues. The payment is due by April 30th, 2025.

• ZELLE:  Send payment to bod@rusticestates.com which is enrolled as “RUSTIC VILLAGE HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION.” You must  enter your address in the memo section so the payment is applied to the correct account.

LATE PAYMENTS:  Any payments made after April 30th must include an additional $100 charge.  Payments and late charges not received by June 1st will be sent to collections with the law firm of Sigfried Rivera.
