HOA annual dues are due by April 30th of each year.  Any payments made after that date will require an additional $100 charge.  Payments not received by June 1st will be sent to collections with the law firm of Sigfried Rivera.

At the annual meeting held on October 24, 2023, the board of directors approved the amount of $225.00 for the 2024 HOA Annual Dues.

Your HOA Annual Dues can be paid online using your PayPal account or any major credit card.  There is an additional $10 fee to offset the bank and administrative fees associated with this benefit.
