The Rustic Estates Homeowners Association is happy to announce that next years, 2009 homeowners annual dues, will be reduced to an annual amount of $250. The Board is aware that times are difficult and that the economy is currently not performing as everyone would like it to perform. So in consideration of the times, the board has made it a point to reduce dues and continue to provide the same level of services and imporvements. The Association hopes that this minor reduction will help all that live within the community. Please note, the late fee of $100 after the March 30 deadline will still remain in affect. FURTHERMORE, THE BOARD WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINING ANY REQUEST TO WAIVE THE LATE FEE. PLEASE PREPARE PROPERLY SO THAT YOUR PAYMENT IS RECIEVED AT THE PO BOX ON OR BEFORE THE MARCH 30 DEADLINE.
Please be made aware, the Homeowners Association has completed the installation of the electricity at the Community's decorative corner located on SW 147 Avenue and SW 60 Street. The purpose behind having electricity along that corner is so that the community may operate an irrigation system and install a decorative landscaping lighting system.
The Rustic Estates Board of Directors are happy to announce that due to the overwhelming support for last year's tree planting program, the HOA will once again be moving forward with a large free tree planting throughout the community in 2009. If you or one of your neighbors would like a Live Oak planted infront of your home, please contact the HOA via email and be placed on the list.
